This position reports to the Senior Account Executive and is currently structured to assist in managing our Key Accounts for the Levi's Women's business.
Development and execution of account strategies to achieve account KPI's & financial goals
Work collaboratively with cross functional partners such as Merchandising, Brand Environment, Store Servicing, Demand / Supply Planning and Consumer Marketing on the development and execution of account 6P strategies (product, promotion, price, place, planning and profitability)
Builds solid business relationships with key contacts within the account base (Buyer, Planner, etc.).
Responsible for driving all aspects of the GTM (Go-to-Market) process including collaboratively developing & executing account strategies, assortments and sales driving initiatives on a seasonal basis. Leads account sell-in meetings, quarterly business reviews, floor walks, strategic meetings and ongoing account management.
Delivers weekly / monthly overview of account / market / competitive performance including sell-in / sell-through data by style and category, as well as on-floor presentation, marketing and special events.
Provides strategic / tactical input into the retailer's sales / buy / inventory plans to achieve annual sales plans and KPIs for both LSC and the account.
Works with US counterparts within the "Matrix" structure to achieve goals within the Americas team.
Minimum 5 year selling / analytics / buying experience in a similar role in the apparel or consumer products industry.
University degree and/or relevant college diploma.
Skills in gathering, manipulating and interpreting data, predicting trends, and solving problems (data analysis to business insight to proactive action).
Proficiency with MS Office programs, particularly Excel, and experience working with both LSC and retailer systems.
Strong organizational skills, self motivated and focused on meeting deadlines while working independently.
The ability to create documents and implement decisions quickly and under pressure is a daily event.
Externally focused with strong time management skills that allow the individual to meet the demands of LSC's & customers head office while keeping a pulse on what's happening in the market.
