A career in our Assurance Transformation Implementation practice, within Assurance Transformation Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be responsible for developing functions in PwC that support audit engagement teams and audit quality efforts. You’ll focus on enhancing our services related to data auditing, business analytics, visualisation and leveraging of analytic technologies to evaluating complex Enterprise Systems for audit and non audit services.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:
Supporting proposal development and delivery and be able to drive impactful conversations with senior clients leaders
Developing programme management and programme assurance plans
Delivering and/or assessing large complex ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, and/or PeopleSoft) programs and/or projects (e.g., serving a leader in software implementations)
Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas
Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results
Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance
Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others
Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
3+ years of experience in Project Assurance of Transformation consulting
3+ years of consulting background and skills to address unique client situations
2+ years of experience with implementation of large complex system initiative
Experience in either implementing or performing project assessments of Agile projects
Masters Degree in Business or related field
Certified Project Manager (PMI PMBOK, APM BOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization)
Programme management and/or programme assurance experience
Understanding of core project management process area (IT governance, quality assurance, or SDLC), project management software/tool, and/or ERP or industry specific application
Knowledge of programme management best practices
Self-motivated to begin and continue tasks committed to achieving project goals
Willingness to learn, work collaboratively within teams and think innovatively
