Centennial Park Housing Co-operative

We are looking for a hardworking, committed, experienced Handyperson to join our fun, innovative and diverse team.

The successful candidate will provide basic onsite residential repair services as coordinated by our property managers.

Candidates will not have to arrange their own appointments, or schedules, as these will be pre-booked for you.

Skills required: *Within your cover letter/resume, please provide examples of the type of experience you have in each of the following areas. Only those that describe appropriate experience will be contacted*

- Basic electrical

- Basic plumbing

- Basic carpentry experience (fence and gate repairs, door frames etc.)

- Some knowledge regarding tile work (grout tiles)

Additional requirements:

- A valid drivers license is mandatory for this position

- Access and use of a reliable vehicle are mandatory for this position

- Outstanding customer service skills – able to communicate professionally with people from all walks of life

- Flexible, friendly and have a professional attitude and appearance

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and general PC understanding

- Understanding of how to use an iPhone

Own basic tools for:

- Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry

- Lock replacement

- Painting

- Minor drywall repairs

- Basic electrical repairs, fixture replacement

- Basic appliance repairs and or troubleshooting

- Tile repair, caulking, grouting


- Up to 40 hours/week

- $20/hour to start

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00 /hour
