PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking an SMT Printer Operator.

working under minimal supervision in a team environment, and will be expected to operate and monitor our SMT solder paste printing equipment

Set up jobs with proper programs, stencils, and components
Operate and monitor SMT automated and semi-automated stencil printers, solder paste mixer, solder paste visual inspection and pre/post reflow oven operational duties
Perform daily equipment and accessories cleaning, scheduled maintenance as per company policy
Perform quality inspections at each stage to ensure correct assemblies are produced
Help, monitor, and maintain quality and inventory levels
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Minimum 1-3 years prior experience operating surface mount stencil printers
Ability to recognize and identify solder paste packaging labels
Must be comfortable with ESD, RoHS, and MSD concepts
Ability to provide inline quality control inspection
Ability to work in a team oriented environment with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate ideas to team members
Good command of spoken and written English
Attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Must have good dexterity skills and hands & eyes coordination to attach flexible pcb’s onto carrier pallets
Solder paste handling and abilities to identify paste types, knowledge of lead-free RoHS assembly concepts are must
Ability to read and understand solder paste labels, manufacturing process instructions, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
