BR Equestrian in Campbellville is looking for an experienced and passionate Equestrian Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in horsemanship and teaching riding lessons. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lesson plans, providing instruction to riders from beginners to intermediates, and ensuring the safety of both horses and riders. We are looking for a coach who is patient, organized, and has a passion for helping others achieve their equestrian goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training plans for riders.
- Monitor the progress of horses and riders and provide feedback.
- Ensure the safety of horses and riders at all times.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for horses and riders.
- Provide instruction on proper riding techniques, horse care, and safety protocols.
- Help organize and run day camps and in barn schooling shows/fun days
This is a part time job with many options for growth. Current hours available are morning/daytime Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Pay starts at $20 with room for improvement after probationary periods/etc.

Part-time hours: 14-35 per week
