Creative and rigorous, with an analytical mind and developed strategic thinking, the account manager will be responsible for developing and implementing public relation campaigns, influencer marketing and impactful digital communications for bicom’s clients. In addition, they’ll be tasked with finding innovative solutions and strategies adaptable to client objectives.

More specifically, the role will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning support
  • PR plans execution, including: Key messages, Press materials, Media relations, Social media, Influencer marketing, Measurement and reporting
  • Manage daily client relations
  • Mentor junior staff, including interns
  • Support with agency events
  • Stay up-to-date with new and emerging trends as they relate to the PR industry, our clients and their business objectives/communities


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of public relations experience;
  • Strong understanding of digital PR, influencer marketing, social media best practices, measurement and analytics;
  • Event management experience;
  • Strong client + media relations skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French is an asset);
  • Knowledge of the fashion, beauty, sports and lifestyle industries
