Unito (https://unito.io) is a work collaboration tool based in Montreal. We're a VC-backed SaaS company, dedicated to helping teams all over the world work in the tools of their choice, saving to this day 49,127 frustrated facepalms and 1,153,625 unnecessary email chains.
We are looking for an experienced SEM Specialist who will take the lead on Unito's performance marketing initiatives and help the company reach its lead acquisition and conversion targets.
What you will do
Drive testing and optimization of organic and paid funnels - from generating more traffic at the top to better conversions at the bottom
Manage, optimize and test new paid channels, keywords and messages
Prepare and track PPC budgets & KPIs
Work closely with the content team to implement strong content conversion tactics (gated leads, top of funnel leads, SEO driven blog, etc..)
Collaborate with the data team to continually improve reporting
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the conversion rate of your campaigns
What you've done
You've been working in paid acquisition or growth marketing in the tech industry for the past 3-5 years
You've spent countless hours in Google Ads
You've proved you can consistently run and scale profitable lead-gen PPC campaigns
You've developed strong data analytics skills and can easily identify opportunities for optimization
It'd be nice if you
Have a diverse experience and expertise in performance marketing (SEO, CRO, etc.)
Have experience managing big PPC budgets
Are experienced with bid management solutions and ad serving tools
Know how to use Hubspot and/or Amplitude
Are bilingual (French & English)
Have used some of the tools we integrate
Have B2B (preferably SaaS) experience

We're taking on a major problem that people are passionate about solving: efficient collaboration across teams. We connect work management tools (Trello, Asana, JIRA, Zendesk, etc.), allowing our users to stay in their favorite tool instead of changing the way they work. It's a hard technical problem involving a lot of semantics, APIs, and synchronization.
