Reporting to the Director, Employee Relations and OHS, you are responsible to administer the benefits programs including the pension plan and coordinate activities linked to absence management and disability. You are the expert responsible for the optimization and continuous improvement of processes and applications of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You are also responsible to ensure the data integrity, the operation and administration of the system while offering support to users.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 (five) years of relevant experience:
Education: University Degree in Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A professional designation in a related field to the position is considered an asset.
