POSITION: National Accounts Operations Manager, Mississauga
DIVISION: Stanley Security Solutions
REPORTS TO: Manager, National Accounts & Standards Manager
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON

SUMMARY:
Reporting to the National Accounts & Standards Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for leading the Branch Install and Service Team. They will provide guidance and direction to direct reports, develop and implement plans, processes, systems and methodologies for improving branch performance. Also, they will directly manage a select number of National Account to ensure accurate and up to date information is being communicated to the customers.

JOB DUTIES:
Oversee and direct the activities/operations for all branch personnel including: training, inventory and performance management;
Conflict resolution within the branch and escalating issues when necessary to Manager and Human Resources;
Monitor and adhere to Stanley Black and Decker policies and procedures and act as model/mentor to branch;
Participate in the weekly Install Project Tracker Call, Open Service Calls, and prepare forecasting and other reports as required;
Manage and maintain online Customer Portals;
Process and filter information to customer and field management team;
Create and drive process improvements within CRM team;
Process completed paperwork for installation projects to billing;
Work with Customer Relations Managers to maintain and exceed SLA’s;
Foster positive relationships across departments including Field Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Engineering, etc;
Manage and drive productivity projects to completion, while maintaining project timeline and established budget;

QUALIFICATIONS:
A degree in Business or related field with demonstrated academic excellence
5+ years experience in a construction related field
3+ years of People management experience
Strong work ethics and time management skills
Proficient in SAP software
Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced level Microsoft Excel
Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Able adapt and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and planning skills
Strong business acumen and customer focus
Proven team builder and player
Ability to communicate with ease and excellent interpersonal relations skills
Collaborative in working with other team members
