Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.

Job Summary:
Your role as Customer Service Representatives will be to provide support to our customers. With your listening and analytical skills, you will be able to inform our customers on all of our products and services offered while leveraging your sales skills. You will act as a billing expert and will have the mission to offer adapted solutions to their needs. Each member of the team has the primary mandate of increasing the loyalty of our already established clientele, by acting as an ambassador.

You will be supervised, throughout the process, by our dynamic team and you will be able to develop significant skills and competences in the field of communications.

Primary responsibilities:
Answer calls of all residential customers for all products and services offered by Télébec and its partners affiliates regarding the sale, billing, loyalty, claims and various applications
Proceed in the complete analysis of the client’s needs and assess sales opportunities during each customer contact while promoting the company’s products and services
Improve customer relationships and help build customer loyalty
Handle all requests, complaints and claims of customers on all aspects of the customer service
Process the orders by respecting the quality and accuracy of information and assure coordination for the execution of the deadlines
Meet sales targets as well as the objectives set by the service
Promote the principles of personalized service in all contacts with customers
Maintain and ensure close monitoring of agreed follow up with customers
Perform any related work necessary

Minimum requirements:
A High school diploma is required
Relevant experience in customer service
Knowledge of computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Bilingualism (French / English)

Working conditions:
Job status: Temporary - Part Time. Different stage of employment, starting with temporary part time, leading to permanent part time and then full time as per collective agreement
Work scgedule: Monday to Friday : 8H00AM to 5H00PM
