Fitness Avenue is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, energetic Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to join our team!
General duties
- Customer service: Addressing customer’s inquiries via email and phone.
- Order processing (Shipping labels & BOL's).
- Basic bookkeeping; Accounts receivable and Accounts payable.
- Receive, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform filing and archiving of non-confidential company records.
- Assist with Recruitment.
- Provide other administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- A post secondary education in Administration, Management, or Recruitment is an asset
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Technically proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must display a professional manner
- Strong analytical / organizational skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Works well in a dynamic fast paced team setting
- Personal or professional experience with fitness, health and wellness is an asset
Schedule:
- 6 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Experience
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
