DRAKKAR Digital is looking for a paid media specialist whose main role will be to develop and activate multichannel paid media strategies for their clients and to lead SEO strategies.


Manage all paid media initiatives for Paid Social Ads, Google Ads and Google Shopping
Define, measure and optimize digital marketing effectiveness, including CPM, CPC, ROAS and conversion metrics through data analytics
Define and optimize conversion Key Performance Indicators KPIs through structured testing and analysis
Set up monthly performance reports covering all channels
In collaboration with the content team, manage messaging and content for all social and digital campaigns
Implement single and multivariate tests to increase campaign efficiency A/B testing
Provide insights and recommendations based on current events and social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact the business

A university degree in business, marketing, communication or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of experience of paid media planning & buying experience, including programmatic, search, and social including influencer marketing
Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Adwords
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques
Experience working with MailChimp, Click-dimension and Shopify
Experience with growing B2B businesses as well as demand generation for E-commerce
Strong ability to use Microsoft Dynamics 365, experience with SQL - an asset
Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken French and English
Ability to work independently, plan daily goals and respect the commitments set
Capable of managing numerous projects in a multi-brand context
