Description

Reporting to the Team Leader of the Corporate Communications Department, the Corporate Communication Assistant will work closely with the entire Communications team. His or her role will be to promote the BFL CANADA brand internally and externally, working with employees to ensure the communication policies and standards are followed. More precisely, the Assistant:

Supports the Corporate Communication Team in achieving the communication plans, strategies and projects that reflect BFL CANADA’s priorities, as well as various communications and marketing projects;
Implement graphic design standards to maintain uniformity with the company's brand image;
Reviews and formats written and digital content intended for internal and external audiences, and coordinate its distribution (memos, emails, documents, policies and procedures, web content, etc.);
Maintains and promotes the intranet, publishes internal content and answers internal communication requests;
Develops print and digital marketing material to support the sales force (Word and PowerPoint presentations, RFPs, administrative documents, brochures, etc.)
Promotes the brand image and ensures national compliance;
Creates media monitoring reports;
Manages the promotional material order process and the printing process;
Manages the shared mailbox and the filling system;
Participates in the maintenance of the website;
Produces quarterly analyses reports for the website and the intranet;
Assumes all other tasks and responsibilities related to the position.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role;
Experience in the marketing and communication fields;
Bilingual (French and English) both written and spoken;
Diligence and attention to detail;
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite software;
Strong concern for the quality of verbal and written communications;
Ability to use graphic design software (Adobe Suite);
Autonomy, sense of responsibility and organization;
Team spirit and initiative;
Creativity;
Good people skills.
