The receptionist will play a crucial role in the dealership environment, by welcoming customers into the dealership, handling a busy switchboard, attending to customer needs and performing cashier duties as required. Responsibilities:
Assist our service department team
Responsible for ensuring smooth transition of many service functions
Answer incoming service calls
Assist in order processing, research, filing and follow-up
Act as a liaison between Managers, Service Advisors, and support staff
Process payments
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Knowledge of CTWizard, CDK, Excel
Previous working experience in a customer service role at a dealership
Hours of work: Monday – Wednesday 12:00pm to 9:00pm / Friday 7:30am – 6:30pm / Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm
