As Technician, Information Management, you will help meet the organization’s needs for data extraction as well as produce reports and indicators for the organization through the development and administration of information systems. You analyze and help adapt management systems based on the organization’s changing needs.

You serve as technical collaborator and provide discipline-specific support for your unit’s activities, initiatives and processes. The ability to tailor your approach is therefore essential. You research and analyze processes, information management and data processing. You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technical problems and help develop and improve methods and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is open-minded, who enjoys supporting their team and who wants to make every possible effort to each team objectives. Together with the management information advisor and the director’s senior advisor, you will implement the tools required to constantly monitor our operational performance.

Additional responsibilities

Provide technical expertise to support operations and address operational issues
Produce and validate various management reports and analyses for your unit’s professionals.
Help roll out manual and automated processes and train users
Update and make full use of the various databases.
Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes. Train users
Help prepare technical notes, guides and training content to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams
Assist various stakeholders when applying processes and business solutions, and when using tools and systems related to your unit’s activities and operations.

College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience

For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

Master Excel at advanced level, Knowledge of Power BI (an asset), Knowledge of English at intermediate level
