Digital Media Coordinator
This mission-critical role, located in Toronto, Ontario, is responsible for onsite project management for a large-scale deployment of Digital Menu Boards. Based in our client’s office, this “embedded” position is a rare opportunity to work hand-in-hand on a major strategic project with a leader and innovator in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry.
Monitor and manage active store profiles, store and media taxonomy and media business rules
Manage and update asset tracker for National and Test calendars
Coordinate with internal teams to get TPN’s and calories prior to each experience
Maintain clear, succinct, and regular communication with both the customer and agencies managing customer expectations and providing proactive status updates to required parties
Function as a first point of escalation for customer concerns relating to technical/operational issues ensuring timely responses, recommendations and resolutions
Host periodic checkpoint and status calls with customer and agencies
Create and maintain effective process documentation
Create and send weekly reports on creative and deployment milestones and work streams
Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side senior managers
Assist with STRATACACHE projects as needed (i.e. Outdoor, Media Wall, etc.)
Participate in project-based, consultant-led architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are optimal for the customer
Set-up User Acceptance with internal teams to review the digital menu board prior to each experience
Other responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor Degree in Design, Business, or Technology required
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Previous agency experience a plus.
