This position will be assisting in the day to day administration of the marketing strategy for all new community launched and corporate campaigns. The role will include:
Key Functions & Duties
To assist in the overall marketing strategy for all new community launches and corporate campaigns
To be involved, share ideas and provide creative thoughts and brainstorm sessions for launches and content marketing campaigns
Coordinate the printing and delivery of all marketing collateral including all inventory management
Maintain a new & nurture communications with clients and vendors
Gathering, coding, submitting, tracking and filing of all invoices according to the established guidelines of the Director
Working with the Director to make sure events and marketing collateral is within the allocated budgets
Social Media Administration:
Planning, writing, editing and maintaining content on all social platforms
Creating content calendars
Suggest new social platforms for utilization
Grow social platform audiences & engagement by producing strong content following brand guidelines
Reporting on weekly digital KPIs and social media advertising campaigns to ensure successful performance
Monitor SEO and user engagement & suggest content optimization
Coordinate and lead all event planning in conjunction with the overall launch/campaign strategies
Liaise with Director to ensure clear Communication, event agenda/schedule and responsibilities
Attend events and be the onsite contact for direction and coordination of events
Manage event budgets with final approval from the director
Coordinate all event logistics including space planning, food and beverage, decor, attendance, photo/video and marketing collateral
Work with the Director to develop a communications and PR strategy for all launches and campaigns
Plan and write all press releases
Develop a media contact list for all press releases, research and recommend new media opportunities
Results and Research
Monitor industry trends and competition and complete competitive shops as required
Assisting with researching projects and communities
Research and maintain awareness in market changes and competition
Coding, processing and tracking of all invoices according to established guidelines.
Managing and organizing all marketing related estimates, expenditures and in process payments.
2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Real Estate Development industry.
The successful candidate will have completed a Diploma or Degree in marketing, business, and event planning or similar.
Will possess strong writing, language and communication skills. Experience with editing, marketing copy writing and proofing an asset.
Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office. Asana, Hubspot, and/or Salesforce are an asset; with a technical aptitude to learn new or customized programs quickly.
Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is an asset.
A passion for marketing, real estate, and digital media.
Experience using Social Media platforms in a professional setting is an asset.
Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, timelines and budgets.
Ability to manage multiple agencies, consultants, suppliers, projects and deadlines.
