Based out of the Regional Office, Toronto and reporting to the Director, Global Accounts, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
The ability to promote AccorHotels worldwide and assist with any client inquiries in absence of the Director Global Accounts or Global Sales Manager.
The ability to communicate with the International Sales Coordinator (ISC) network and hotels to ensure that all requests for rate offers are followed up in a timely manner
The ability to communicate with direct supervisors to discuss problems, strategies, client concerns or any issues involving sales
The willingness to attend and participate in all required meetings with clients and sales team
To create, maintain and update account files accordingly in accordance with agreed Accor and client standards during all sales phases (RFP, Negotiations, Loading and Rate Audits, Etc.)
To process, manage and communicate all requests for rate proposals (RFP’s) to all ISC’s and properties in North America, Central America and the Caribbean
To utilize, process and record all actions concerning RFP, negotiation and loading within ANAIS
To communicate with ISC’s and Directors/Managers regarding any and all negotiations including those with hotels in North America, Central America and the Caribbean
Possible support in the sourcing & conversion of Business Group inquiries
To understand and process client specific formats during the RFP process (launch, negotiation, and loading) throughout the year as required
Communicate all hotel acceptances and rejections to all worldwide ISC’s in timely manner including properties in North America, Central America and the Caribbean
To co-ordinate rate loading in ANAIS and support with client rate audits
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by direct supervisors which may include a proactive business approach i.e.: Telesales or Business Development, (unmanaged account inquiries) SME Leads and TMC call set up.
The ability to put problems, events and activities in perspective, and assess their long-term impact along with the technical and policy implications
The ability to recognize the key indicators from all available data in order to maximize performance
The ability to organize and plan the means, resources and actions to achieve defined objectives coupled with the ability to find the common sense solutions

High competencies in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
VISA REQUIREMENTS: Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada to be considered for the position.
