POSITION: Accounts Receivable Clerk – Full Time (40 hours/week)

DEPARTMENT: Administration

LOCATION: Rocky Mountain House, AB

Responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers
Answering phones in a kind, courteous manner, help in person customers
Processing EFT payments, check, scan and forward for posting
Processing Pre-Authorized Debits, set up new customers
Maintaining and update customer information in the vault
Contacting members beyond credit terms
Checking bank statements and prepare EFT printout for posting
Issuing new cardlock cards for customer requests (walk-ins) for petroleum and cardlocks
Re-pinning, re-activate, change/add products and generally change status of petroleum and cardlocks cards
Emailing credit card application forms and cardlock forms to interested parties
Receiving, check and process credit applications, run credit reports/apply for references/follow up
Preparing end of the month reports to run statements
Performing general housekeeping duties and any other tasks as requested

We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Organizational skills, detail oriented and great time management
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
Proficient MS Office skills
Previous experience in accounts receivable considered an asset
Quality communication and interpersonal skills
A drive to deliver an exceptional member experience through living our brand
Ability to lift up to 50Ibs unassisted
