Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: 3464 Semenyk Court, Suite 200, Mississauga ON L5C 4P8

Employer: HR Immigration Inc.

Wage: $15/hour

Benefits: dental, and extended medical after 3 months probation

Expected start date: ASAP.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

HR Immigration Inc. is looking for an outgoing individual to fill the role of an administrative assistant. We are looking for an individual who is customer service driven. It is ideal to have a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills and is able to multi-task.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Taking calls and e-mail and responding to client queries
  • Inputting client information in our internal system
  • Scanning, Photocopying, uploading and printing client documentation
  • May take minutes during office meetings
  • Perform data entry work

  • Familiar with Google Suites (Google Docs, Sheets, Mail, and Forms)
  • Some college/university level education is an asset
  • 6 months of experience is an asset.
