Job Description

We are currently looking for an expert in recruiting, HR administration and managing talent to help us grow our team in our company in Montreal.

The candidate will engage with highly passionate and knowledgeable people who excel in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities:
Full life-cycle recruitment for all internal positions in Montreal office
Recruitment of top language specialists for our pool of (external) translators and testers
Managing and coordinating the entire HR process, including contracting, on- & off-boarding, conducting evaluations, and employee relations
HR administration (contracts, legal matters, visa process for foreign nationals)
Bi-weekly payroll; tracking employee attendance and vacations
Managing insurance benefit programs for the employees
Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Quebec law
Looking after employee well-being, including organizing team-building activities
Office administration and management
Reporting to the Studio Director

Qualifications

HR and/or recruitment experience in a growing company, ideally in the gaming industry or in a startup environment
Excellent written and verbal English and French skills required
Knowledge of Canadian Employment Law & insurance benefit programs
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of database recruitment software and ATS
Passion for video games is a plus
