Job Description - What You’ll Do:
  • This specific role will allow you to leverage your analytical skills to identify problems, issues and trends to help us improve our application support process
  • You will be the catalyst for our team in continuous improvement towards a more agile and DevOps style work flow
  • You will run daily scrum meetings internally to help the team with accountability and ownership
  • You will be actively involved in root cause analysis that dives into the heart of our development process to identify efficiencies and create an effective feedback loop that will drive our business.
  • Learn about our pharmacies stores and the innovative technology that we are implementing using an agile methodology
  • Be a part of the team that supports and operates all Pharmacy IT solutions Canada-Wide delivered by development teams
  • Coordinating with several vendors and third-party companies when enforcing Loblaw SLAs and working towards a streamlined process
  • Use data to locate and identify new agile processes and improvement opportunities
  • Helping develop reports and analysis
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing technical reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Collaborate with other IT colleagues and vendor companies to improve processes and reduce manual effort, and help us continue our journey in AI (artificial intelligence)
What You’ll Need:
The ability and desire to learn and work in a fast-paced challenging environment

Data analysis and visualization tools
Data modelling processes, analysis and cause and effect relations

Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Works well in groups and individually
Insightful; giving new perspectives & identifying paths beyond the status quo
Engaging; a person who makes connections and builds trust
Data conversions, data mining and issue debugging
Data transformation, establishing thorough documentation and building controls
Strong Analytical & Problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background in SQL and Web development is an asset
Ability to multi-task and co-ordinate multiple projects
Quick learner
Excellent team player

Scripting knowledge Python, UNIX, PowerShell, MATLAB, etc. would be an asset

Knowledge of Google Cloud Platforms and Virtual machines would be an asset
Machine learning techniques and predictive modelling techniques is preferred
AI and Automation tools is nice to haveAn interest and knowledge of math and statis
