Carry out all administrative support duties to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Carry out all other related duties as per the needs of the department.
Postsecondary administrative support training at least one year in length that includes medical terminology and medical transcription courses;
One year of experience;
Knowledge of Mosaiq software considered an asset;
Practical computer knowledge (Meditech module, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.);
Proven ability to organize and manage assigned workload;
Proven communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven ability to fulfill their role in a changing work environment;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Physical ability to perform assigned work;
Good work history (performance and attendance);
Adherence to professional ethics principles and organizational values;
Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
Written and spoken competence in French and spoken competence in English are required.
