Reporting to the Program Coordinator, performs reception duties and a variety of clerical and program support duties for the Child, Youth and Family Mental Health (CYFMH) outpatient program using database, spreadsheet and other software tools at an advanced level. Sets up and maintains filing systems. As a designated First Aid Attendant, administers first aid in accordance with Work Safe BC regulatory requirements and VIHA policies and procedures.
Education, Training And Experience
Grade 12, two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills And Abilities
Ability to keyboard at 45 wpm
Ability to deal effectively with others
Ability to operate related equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to organize work.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
