Job Purpose

The Pre-Owned Sales Assistant ensures efficient administration of all Pre-Owned vehicles for the Pre-Owned vehicle sales department. This position supports the Pre-Owned Sales Manager.

Core Accountabilities

Support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager with inventory analysis.
Support marketing initiatives.
Upload vehicles onto TradeRev.
Responsible for administrative related tasks.
Pre-Owned updating in CDK – Stocking Pre-Owned vehicles, as well as booking Wholesale Units.
Cross-train, as necessary, new & current employees (as deemed by Management) in regards to both your role, but also particular functions, such as CDK updates, stocking units, etc.
Accuracy of all paperwork produced.
Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
Maintain professional relationship with customers and peers.


Excellent communication skills and customer service. Including written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, CDK and 180.
Must have an enthusiastic personality.
Professional appearance & friendly disposition.
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
Clean drivers abstract
Ontario drivers license
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
