In a role of Sales Finance Manager, you will be a key financial advisor and a thought leader for the Sales Team in the financial planning processes, supporting development and delivery of company short- and long-term objectives. We are looking for a team player with strong business acumen, innovative ideas, excellent communication skills, and a drive to win.
What you will bring:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
(Accounting Designation completion or Program Enrollment preferred but not required)
7+ years of post-degree progressive financial management experience, preferably within consumer goods or similar environment, FP&A or Sales Finance
Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with comfort working across functions and with different levels of management
Team player who is able to influence others within the business and functional teams
Ability to work under tight timelines within a very dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficient Excel, Power Point skills and experience working with ERP systems
Passion for technology, desire to make meaningful contributions on a team with big inspirations
Proven superior coaching and people management skills
What you will do:
Assisting Sales Leaders in developing and executing strategy, from financial side
Provide Sales Organization with the right data, reports critical for decision making
Supports sales team in developing financial evaluation for business recommendations
Driving operating discipline in tracking and analysing monthly actual results vs forecast, risks and opportunities, gap closing processes
Financial analysis and insights of Sales Channels / Long- and short-term planning by channels and customers / Pricing and Gross-to-Net analysis
Supporting Sales Team in Negotiations, Competitive and statistical studies as required
Assists in building and managing business agreements with customers / agencies
Identify and champion process and systems improvements
Assist in financial presentations for senior management and multifunctional meetings
When required; collaborates with external customers to establish joint fiscal scorecards with shared metrics that produce mutually beneficial results.
Develop and coach the team, build company financial capabilities
