Empire Life's Group Solutions team is looking to add a Digital Engagement Specialist to the Product and Marketing team. We're looking for a pragmatic, strategic thinker who is customer experience-oriented, self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in our fast-paced environment. We're experiencing significant digital change, and our Digital Engagement Specialist will be involved in some of these forward-thinking change initiatives.

The Challenge:
Execute digital engagement strategies focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and business performance

Help lead and develop Empire's Process Improvement Program, champion the expansion of customer-facing digital capabilities and accelerate our move towards a performance-driven culture focused on results and accountability.

Partner with Sales, Process Owners, Finance and Operations Management to identify improvement opportunities

Quickly learn and understand multiple operational processes to identify, prioritize and develop data-driven solutions and improvement plans and, lead implementation – including ensuring the implementation of appropriate metrics for success

Champion digital connectivity and innovation throughout Empire by delivering and supporting PI methodology training as well as coaching and mentoring team members

What you bring:
Leadership and change management skills

Clear and effective, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Creative problem solving and data analytics skills

High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence, lead and inspire.

A mix of skills developed via some combination of education or experience in:

Digital marketing and automation

Google Analytics

CX

Data science, analytics or visualization

Design and systems thinking.

Digital development programming

Agile methodologies

Or… tell us about your other related work or educational experience

Intelligence, ability to learn quickly and critical thinking skills

Formal education (University Degree) in Marketing, Engineering, Math, Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, Commerce etc.

Ability to travel between our offices as required
