Responsibilities:

  • Inside and B2B sales
  • In-person customer service (no cold calling)
  • Attendance at office meetings
  • Participation in team-building events
  • Occasional travel, optional
  • Provide customers with relevant information, answer all product/service related questions
  • Address customers in a professional manner
  • Handle all customer interactions with professionalism and integrity
  • Meet one-on-one with customers
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Customer on-boarding
  • Follow sales and customer service procedures
  • Use internal software to collect payment information
