Summary of duties:
Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement, Health and Productivity Solutions, you will act as an additional resource to the current Quality Assurance team. You will provide internal and external bilingual administrative assistance to the team and the wider HPS department ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of confidential, medical files for release to internal or external sources
Identify and request documentation maintained with offsite service providers
Perform quality assurance reviews on medical files transferring to alternate providers
Access and update secure client platforms with confident information relating to permanent restrictions
Assist with client survey reporting
Work within multiple email inboxes to assess and assign daily tasks and deliverables
Review and assign tasks to Quality Assurance Advisors, Nurse Consultants and other members of a larger Quality Assurance Team
Track and record a wide variety of deliverables on multiple speadsheets used for account reconciliation
The ability to learn and adapt to new and evolving tasks as required by all business areas
Identify problem areas regarding efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables and work with any stakeholders in Health and Productivity Solutions in developing solutions
Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal privacy legislation

Requirements:
2 years’ experience in a client service position preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and have the flexibility to handle multiple time sensitive requests
Bilingual (French/English) is a preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management skills
Knowledge of the principles in Disability Case Management and of legislation relating to Disability Management (Workers’ Compensation, Human Rights and Occupational Health and Safety) is an asset
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and Sharepoint are required
The ability to learn custom platforms is also required.
