Job brief

KCL is looking a candidate who are able to have conversation with “C” level executive and will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious sales targets. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Main responsibility of this role is to generate Pipeline for Software and Services sales

Currently we are looking to expand our sales team by addition of Inside sales representative for our office in Mississauga. The responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities for SAP services and SAP software sales through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Working with Sales Executive to qualifying lead and develop the strategy for the client
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your territory
  • Team with SAP Demand generation team to build pipeline and close deals


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing 60 calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM solution
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to use the social media/digital marketing to generate more leads
  • Knowledge in selling ERP solution huge plus
  • Understanding of ERP Service industry also a huge plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

This role will turn into SAP Sales Executive base on the performance criteria achieved between KCL and Candidate. Selected candidate will have to go through SAP Sales Certification which will be supported by KCL. This position will have fix portion of salary + commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
