Working on our Administration Head Office Team, the HR Generalist will contribute to recruitment process, benefits programs, employee HR guide, and new projects. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can change focus easily and prioritize multiple work requests while remaining positive and upbeat. . You will especially work closely with our managers on recruitment needs as well as the onboarding of new employees.

Requires Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 1 year of HR experience (not only recruiting).

SKILLS:

> Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).

> Fully bilingual. Strong, professional written communication and grammar skills in French and English.

> Strong sense of confidentiality in all aspects of work relationships and documentation

> Possesses a general knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, procedures and employment regulations in the field of human resources

RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Coordinate the recruitment process, to include placing job postings, tracking applicants, screening.

> Facilitates new employee orientation and onboarding programs & building HR Guide.

> Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all required new employee forms and its entry into the human resource information system

> Respond to inquiries and resolve problems regarding policies, procedures and programs

> Ensure staff grievances are investigated using the correct procedures and taking the appropriate action for resolution.

> Assists in the exit interview process

> Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through

Salary: $40,000.00 to $41,000.00 /year
