Job Title: Coordinator, Supply Chain Logistics
Location: Hawkesbury, Ontario
Reports to: Supervisor, Supply Chain Logistics
Beau's All Natural Brewing Company is looking for a Coordinator of Supply Chain Logistics. The Coordinator of Supply Chain Logistics supports a two-way,integrated flow of processes and information that efficiently transforms raw materials into finished goods. The incumbent does this by coordinating workflows that allow chains of activities to work together seamlessly. This position is the primary troubleshooter to ensure inventory movements proceed as anticipated.
Works closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution and visibility of inventory movement and transfers.
Process all approved inventory transactions for assigned warehouses and locations.
Procures all raw materials from suppliers pursuant to specifications and requirements as determined by each department.
Develops and coordinates a movement schedule with internal and external stakeholders.
Develops familiarity with Beau’s “Beer Release Calendar”.
Responds to internal requests for information regarding inventory and its availability.
Reports accuracy gaps and opportunities for improvement to supervisor.
Communicates and proposes solutions for inventory discrepancies, process deviations, or transactional errors with the supervisor.
Troubleshoots all deviations from planned movements to resolve execution.
Assists the corporate controller with coordinating and executing Beau’s inventory count program.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation pertaining to all inventory movements.
Processes all ERP transactions pertaining to inventory status for approval.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of direct work experience in supply chain-related activities.
Post-secondary education in a related field, or a relevant combination of work experience and education.
APICS designation would be an asset.
Direct knowledge of WHMIS and other safety system.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to interpret and act upon complex instructions.
Solid project management skills are required.
Superior conflict resolution skills, diplomacy, and tact.
Excellent written and oral English communications.
Proficiency in French is a definite asset.
Interacts with employees and management.
Exposure to a noisy environment.
Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
Regular work out of the Vankleek Hill Brewery is required.
Monthly / quarterly visits to Ottawa may be required.
Overtime and occasional domestic travel may be required.
