If you have 6+ years of marketing experience with a track record of results, previous people leadership experience, and are passionate about building world class brands with talented people - then we would love for you to apply!

For the Bold:
We are looking for a marketer with a growth mindset, passion for the consumer, and a desire to innovate across the board to lead the Doritos brand, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Director of Frito Lay Core Brands. Doritos is one PepsiCo’s Global brands and a growth engine for Frito Lay. The Doritos brand has been built upon strong insights and in the service of the Gen Z consumer, tapping into and unleashing key passions and pushing the boundaries to lead through disruption. A leader and influencer, this role will build the long-term strategic vision and in-year executional direction to strengthen the brand and deliver on accelerated business growth through fully connected communications plans, innovation and in-store programming. As a motivator and coach, the Manager will also be responsible for developing one direct report and supporting building talent across the department. The Doritos Marketing Manager will also be responsible for inspiring agency partners and collaborating with cross-functional, Global and US teams to drive the overall agenda for the brand. What you’ll be working on:
Drive the strategic direction of Doritos for Canada from developing the strategy to bringing your plans to life for the consumer
Lead a team of talented agency partners to develop award winning marketing campaigns that drive growth for the business and win with our consumer
Lead the development of a consumer-grounded innovation strategy and partner with a highly skilled team of cross-functional experts to commercialize delicious products that will delight our consumers
Consistently leverage data and insight to keep the consumer at the heart of our decisions and be the inspirational ambassador for your brand internally and externally
Expertly manage your budget to maximize ROI across all initiatives

Who’s a good fit for the team:
6+ years of relevant marketing experience
Previous people leadership experience with the a bility to motivate, coach, and build talent and teams to deliver high-performing results
Proven track record of delivering short-term and long-term results through best in class collaboration, consumer mindset, complex problem solving and motivating & inspiring others
Demonstrates and champions innovative and breakthrough ideas that position the brand for leadership in the marketplace
Able to lead an innovation agenda from ideation to commercialization
Exceptional agency leadership to achieve best-in-class results with a partnership mindset
Business a savvy, opportunity seeking team player even when dealing with obstacles in a fast-paced environment
Diligence in managing business fundamentals including budget management, with ability to maximize ROI and make necessary trade-offs to fuel growth
