Century Group is now hiring a part-time Sales Assistant to join our Sales team at our Southlands development in Tsawwassen.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Assistant reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the on-site Sales team on a day-to-day basis. As a representative of Century Group, the Sales Assistant is primarily responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere as well as creating a positive experience for every client. The Sales Assistant ensures that the Sales Centre and Show Homes are kept in pristine condition and that the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and readiness are maintained at all times.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for meeting, greeting and registering prospects; welcoming them to the Community

Maintains a complete understanding of the project, unit types and neighborhood with ability to provide overviews to prospects when required

Have a general understanding of the Century Group sales process

Ability to demonstrate the benefits, features and available options of the Show home

Ensures the set-up of the Sales Centre, Show home and A-board signage; maintains that they are in immaculate condition

Ensures that collateral materials are prepared, with ability to provide support to the Sales team as needed

Responsible for checking on videos, music and lights in show homes; ensures homes are presentable, in addition to conducting weekly inspections to note and report deficiencies for repairs as required

To be present at the sales centre during the established business hours and to represent Century Group to the public through professional appearance and conduct to the public at all times

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Experience in the development or real estate industry an asset

Experience in a customer service environment, ideally in presentation centres preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Exceptional work ethic and willingness to occasionally work outside of regular work hours if needed

Strong time management and organizational skills

Team player attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to explain and communicate processes and procedures

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills

A valid driver’s license
