Le candidat choisi ouvrira de nouveaux comptes avec des concessionnaires de véhicules neufs et d’occasion qui vendront nos programmes de garantie prolongée automobile à leurs clients.
Le candidat idéal sera en mesure de s’acquitter des responsabilités suivantes :
- Établir l’admissibilité de clients potentiels à l’aide de vos compétences de prospection téléphonique;
- Organiser vos propres rendez-vous en personne avec ces clients potentiels et conclure l’entente;
- Gérer et aider vos clients à vendre plus de produits conformément à nos règles et procédures;
- Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nouvelles promotions et idées de produit, et vous fournirez un apport important aux stratégies de marketing.
Exigences/compétences :
- Formation postsecondaire;
- Expérience de vente : développement commercial;
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en vente d’entreprise à entreprise (B2B)
- dans l’industrie de la garantie ou en vente automobile;
- Solides capacités interpersonnelles et organisationnelles;
- Des compétences en informatique sont indispensables;
- Antécédents prouvés pour trouver et maintenir de nouveaux comptes commerciaux;
- Contacts établis dans l’industrie automobile;
- Solides capacités de prospection téléphonique;
- Confiance et capacité de vendre aux propriétaires principaux, directeurs généraux, directeurs généraux des ventes et directeurs d’affaires de concessionnaires de véhicules neufs et d’occasion;
- Des capacités supérieures de communication au téléphone, en personne et dans les correspondances écrites vous seront utiles en faisant affaire avec des responsables au niveau de la direction.

About the Job:
The Successful Candidate will Open New Accounts with New & Used Car Dealerships which will sell our Extended Vehicle Warranty Programs to their customers.
The ideal candidate will, be able to perform the following responsibilities, and will have the following skills and experience:
We require an Energetic Self-Starter who; has at least 2 years B2B Sales Experience who; has a proven track record of sourcing out and maintaining new commercial accounts; Has well-honed Cold Calling Abilities, and has the confidence and ability to Sell to Principal Owners, General Managers, General Sales Managers & Business Managers of New and Used Car Dealerships.
Your daily tasks will include qualifying prospects using your Cold Calling skills; setting up your own face-to-face appointments with those qualified prospects; and ultimately closing the business. Your excellent communication skills; on the phone; in person; and in written correspondences will serve you in dealing with executive-level decision-makers. A significant portion of your duties will be to manage and assist your clients to sell more products compliant with our rules and procedures.
You will be instrumental in developing new product ideas and promotions and providing significant input in marketing strategies. You must be proficient in using a computer and have experience in the retail automotive industry.
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
- Sales experience: Business developmental
- B2B Experience in the Warranty industry, or in Retail Automotive
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in PC skills is a must
