Over the years, Planiform has expanded its capacities and expertise in order to develop new conveyor and monorail systems as well as many other types of material handling systems.   • Perform the full payroll cycle for 60 employees;
  • Process payroll via the Desjardins payroll system (EmployeurD);
  • Check and process timesheets, meal allowances and expense reimbursements;
  • Account for labor costs in the various projects;
  • Proceed with the remittance of RRSPs;
  • Prepare payroll related journal entries;
  • Balance the general ledger accounts related to payroll;
  • Be one of the resource persons with the employees for everything related to payroll;
  • Produce the T4 (Statement of Remuneration Paid) slips and Relevé-1 (RL-1)

Accounts receivable

  • Perform the full cycle of accounts receivable, from invoicing to cashing checks;
  • Follow up and collect receivables;
  • Ensure the follow-up of expenses relating to current contracts;
  • Compile cost prices and assess the profit margin for each project;
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts;
  • Participate in the production of monthly financial statements;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of end-of-year files;
  • Scan, classify and update documents;
  • All other related tasks.


  • Technical Degree in accounting (DEC) or any other relevant field;
  • 5 to 7 years, including a minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
  • Knowledge of EmployerD (strong asset)
  • Experience with Sage 50 and Genius software (an asset)
  • Be familiar with an MRP system (an asset)
  • Written and verbal bilingualism (required)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Member of the Canadian Payroll Association (an asset)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent priority management
  • Resourcefulness and sense of organization

  • Salary of $ 23 to $ 28 depending on experience;
