Reporting to the Manager, Identity and Access Management Support at Brampton Campus this individual will have the following responsibilities:

Day-to-day production support, maintenance, operation, configuration and customization of various IAM security products including Oracle SSO
Directory Services (LDAP), Identity Management (SailPoint) and API Gateway
Support of cloud-based IAM technologies for a large user base
Maintain and support LDAP based Directory Services (not Microsoft AD)
Support of Automated Account Provisioning including life-cycle operations.
2-nd level application on-call support (in rotation)
Collaborate with the Delivery team on design and development of new solutions
Work with other IT teams to ensure systems operation and capacity planning requirements are met
Participate in and contribute to application implementation activities during maintenance activities and application releases
Proactively ensure systems are monitored and backed up, participate in DR exercises
Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration and operating procedures
Develop new and maintain existing support automation solutions based on Java, Pearl, Python and VB or .NET
Collaborate with vendors on technical support issues and future upgrade needs

Experience & Education:
A recognized under-graduate degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related discipline
Must have minimum 3 years in the server-side application support role

Technical Skills:
Must have working knowledge of Directory Services, LDAP protocol and LDAP related operations
Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating Systems is required
Good working knowledge of Windows 2012 or higher (Server)
Scripting required on the following platforms: Unix Shell, Power Script
Strong experience in server-side application and systems troubleshooting
Knowledge of SAML and Open ID based authentication
Knowledge of Identity Management concepts
Knowledge of Single Sign On
Good understanding of basic networking and application technologies i.e. load-balancing, fire-wall, API, XML

Excellent communication in English, spoken and written
Highly developed teamwork skill, personable and enjoys working with people
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Forward thinker with the outside-the-box vision
Broad interests and knowledge in technology with the ability and desire to learn new skills
