-Education: Culinary arts education an asset, experience a must
-Licence/Certification: food safety certification
-Key skills: creativity, management, communication, scheduling, and organizational skills, business expertise preferred

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate head chef to join our team. As head chef you will run the back of house. You will manage the daily operations of the kitchen, oversee the kitchen staff to ensure that the highest quality of cuisine is served to our guests, and ensure that all food labor cost goals are met.
-This may include hiring, training, and overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring a high-quality cost effective product.
-Estimate amounts of costs of required supplies, such as ingredients
-Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
-Analyze recipes to assign to menu items based on food, labor, and overhead costs

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
