Simply Green Retail Services is looking for self-motivated and outgoing In-Store Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team. Successful candidates will work with us to launch a new product opportunity with a national retail partner. This is an exciting time to join a growing organization on a new initiative. As an In-Store Brand Ambassador, you will identify and approach potential customers looking to learn about our state of the art, environmentally friendly water treatment systems. The successful candidate will be results driven, have exceptional communication skills and will be comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Engage with Customers directly in-store at a large national retailer.
- Educate Customers on our products and services and collect information that will allow us to book home water tests.
- Identify high potential customers, and build rapport based on quick interactions.
- Embody our brand and our corporate values, communicating clearly and concisely with clients.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and go above and beyond to treat our customers like family.
- Administrative duties including inventory and customer relationship management as needed.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge on product and service offerings.
- Communicates in an extremely professional and approachable manner.
- Takes initiative to approach and engage with customers.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in dealing with individual and unique customer needs.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- Learns new information and systems quickly with a proven ability to multitask.
- Self-starter, with a positive attitude who loves working with people.
- Passionate to succeed and dedicated to supporting the team.
- 2+ years in a customer service or similar environment.
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of engaging with clients and gaining their trust.
- Professional experience in determining customer needs and presenting solutions.
- Basic knowledge on how to use smartphones and tablets.
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador or promotions professional is an asset.
Please note this role requires flexibility for shifts Monday through Sunday, 8AM-10PM.
