FULL TIME BUTCHER required for specialty shop on ANNACIS Island. Monday to Friday day shift only..
total week hours averages at around 35 hours. (m-t 7-3, f-7-11, gotta love those hours)
Fresh meat, and poultry cutting, for both retail environment, and wholesale. Fresh grinding, and portion controlling.
Duties include the above and with some basic sausage duties.(sausage training available).
Pickle Pumping, Smoked Meat,Pastrami, Corned Beef, and Wiener peeling or some of your daily duties Receiving of goods, freezer, and cooler maintenance as well.
This is a small shop, and candidate must be able to work independently, with little or no supervision.
