The New Client Acquisition and Marketing Solutions Department reports to the Marketing Solutions Administrative Department, which reports to the Digital Capacity and Security IT Division at Desjardins. The department is aligned with Desjardins Group’s marketing to ensure technology leadership at an early stage and in the execution of projects. Everything is done in an omnichannel context based on simplification of the client experience. At the intersection between marketing and technologies, the team is made up of experts with a focus on applications and digital solutions such as client acquisition tools, marketing automation, and measurement of Desjardins member/client satisfaction.

As a application delivery manager, you help direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget.
You analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams. You supervise and coordinate contributors involved in delivering the application and technology component of one or more innovative, large-scale projects.
You ensure timelines and budgets are respected. You ensure availability of the technology platforms needed to deliver projects and operate solutions after delivery. You plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives.
You ensure the quality of deliverables and the performance and engagement of contributors. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your specialty area.
You are responsible for strategic projects that are organizationally and conceptually complex and require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
You serve as specialist and lead teams and decision-making bodies.
Help create delivery squads for Desjardins Group’s informational websites, communications and client satisfaction activities.
Plan deliverables for the application and technology component as well as estimate project costs taking into account the challenges, complexity, stakeholders and coordination with other projects.
Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in delivering the application and technology component (e.g. developers, solution architects, functional analysts and QA). Oversee the team's performance, work quality control and the identification of project standards, methods and procedures.
Coordinate all application and technological deliverables according to current agreements, costs and deadlines, and ensure performance and consistency with the orientations established.
Conduct an analysis of risks, impacts and related strategies with a view to managing the risk level of the application and technological component.
In conjunction with the project manager, manage the requested changes as well as the testing of solutions and the implementation strategy for the application and technological component.
Implement innovative solutions development and management practices in order to accelerate the digital shift and improve change management as well as talent attraction and retention.
Help define development requirements and ensure that technology design and execution is in line with business objectives. Ensure the performance, accessibility, efficiency and profitability of the solutions rolled out.
In support of members and clients, make comprehensive use of the member/client data ecosystem by growing and enhancing it in accordance with regulatory and legal constraints.

At least six years of relevant experience in IT project management
Agile experience (an asset)
