Job title label:
Person who does work related to the management of personnel, financial management, organization of work and planning for the performance of complex administrative tasks by compiling and analysing data.

More specifically, the administrative technician at the Procurement Service:
  • Assists professionals in the management and monitoring of contracts;
  • Validates procurement requests and performs the necessary follow-ups;
  • Produces purchase orders in the GRM system;
  • Communicates with internal clients and external suppliers;
  • Ensures compliance with existing policies and procedures.
Hourly wage: depending on experience, from $ 22.23 to $ 29.05

Requirements :
  • Must hold a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) with specialization in administrative techniques or an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in supply management;
  • Must have relevant professional experience in a procurement service;
  • Must have knowledge of the tendering process;
  • Knowledge of the various laws, policies, procedures, standards and regulations governing supply activities in the health network is an asset;
  • Knowledge of GRM software is an asset;
  • Must have knowledge of Word and Excel software (intermediate level);
  • Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
