We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant/Social Media Manager to join our branding and marketing agency.

Tasks include:

Social Media Management

  • Content development for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Linked In
  • Daily engagement
  • Monthly reporting
  • Copywriting
  • Blog writing
  • Email newsletters
  • Research for various projects
  • Admin tasks
  • Assist with the creation and production of various marketing materials and proposals

Your skills:

  • Excellent copywriter
  • Excellent track record with social media management
  • Proficient with a social media scheduling app, GoogleDrive, Canva, Hootsuite
  • Ideal if you are able to work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress and Squarespace
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, communications or graphic design is preferred
  • Excellent in organization, prioritization, and time management
  • An independent self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident to ask questions and get clear on expectations and desired outcomes


  • 15 hours per week to start (a combination of working remote and working alongside team)
  • Days and time to be negotiated
  • Flexible work hour options

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00 /hour


  • Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
