A dynamic growing company currently looking to add an experienced, motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper to its team in Montreal.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform bank and account reconciliation
  • General ledger and journal entries
  • Post vendor invoices
  • Prepare and post customer invoices
  • Follow up on past due invoices
  • Process accounts payable checks and other payment methods
  • Prepare Daily Bank Deposit of checks
  • Monthly GST/PST filings
  • Knowledge of Simply Accounting an asset

The successful applicant will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize and understand the importance of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
