The Opportunity:
  • Timely data entry and processing of documentation including commercial and personal lines new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and invoicing
  • Contribute to building strong broker relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Assist underwriters with following up on information
  • Collaborate with co-workers and managers to develop positive and effective office and processing procedures
  • Manage follow-up/abeyance system and renewal logs to meet client service standards
  • Work independently and proactively to ensure service expectations are achieved
  • Various other duties as assigned
Here’s what you bring:
  • High School graduate
  • Level 1 General Insurance License eligibility
  • Previous experience in insurance is an asset
  • Dedicated to delivering an outstanding client service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, articulate, exceptional active listening skills, and ability to elicit feedback from co-workers and a team player
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational skills, ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient typing skills and experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
