The ideal candidate will provide leadership, coaching and supervision as well as select, train, and assign responsibilities. Communicates with employees on progress and priorities. Facilitates employee development and performance.

Key Tasks:

  • Supervise, oversee and coordinate all functions
  • Review all staff work and check for discrepancies
  • Implement training, streamlining of procedures and other improvements
  • Handle resolution of escalated customer issues
  • Participate in other projects and assignments as required
  • Effectively communicate company policies, procedures and philosophy to staff
  • Responsible for coaching and development
  • Complete Performance Reviews process
  • Schedule and manage all attendance and performance statistics
  • Facilitate, encourage and maintain a collaborative team environment.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain group collective and moral, while ensuring procedural compliance
  • Approve time sheets
  • Motivate to encourage strong results
  • Actively Liaise with other internal departments and key stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years experience in a supervisory position
  • Strong soft skills and technical skills
  • An upbeat attitude and team focus
  • Experience supervising a team
