The Role: Operations Generalist
Director of Marketing and Communications
The Operations Generalist, under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, will be a multi-faceted position responsible for the execution of external corporate communications as well as both the internal and external development of training or education programs at PHW, including the successful execution of the Continuing Professional Development program. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the creation, update and maintenance of our internal corporate SharePoint site.

Time Management - Balances a myriad of tasks; prioritizes duties as needed.
External Event Management
Lead, Coordinate and Schedule builder BBQ’s
Point person for all external speaking engagements for PHW
Present to applicable management
First line Operations help as required (as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Manager, System Development and IT Services).
Creation and management of all PHW marketing communications
Including all outbound emails, surveys, documents and brochures
Editing, revision and polishing of outbound communication
The creation, maintenance and updating of the PHW corporate SharePoint site
The creation and update of PHW corporate documents
The development and creation of Continuing Professional Development courses via Teachable.
Assistance with other operations tasks as required.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Certification(s) and/or license(s) appropriate to industry
Experience in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint preferred
Demonstrated time management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
High level of integrity and excellent work ethic
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

Attendance and participation in training
Extended periods of sitting
Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
Working in an office environment
Interaction with various teammates and vendors as required
