Job Summary:

This position is responsible for creating/updating/maintaining/developing user-centered design solutions to feature ease of use, employ best-in-class interaction design, and optimize and enhance user experience consistency across all our platforms.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements from managers, developers, and main stakeholders
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Translate user behavior and research into actionable data
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and visuals based on established requirements
  • Design and develop graphic user interface elements for web applications, desktop, tablets, mobile
  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX strategy for the brand
  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layout, page design, page flows and target links for landing pages
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of all related projects for websites, applications and more
  • Proactive involvement in research and proposing/creating original designs such as images, sketches and other
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness
  • Conduct/develop/update layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Planning the assigned task in collaboration with team members and then executing it so as to deliver on our commitments

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in UI/UX and/or interaction design in products of digital services that have been released to market
  • A compelling visual portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies: Sketch, InVision, Visio, iOS, Android, Design systems, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
