This integral management position is responsible for overseeing the production of the technical repair department within a CTDI facility including ensuring customer''s turnaround time expectations are consistently met. Specifically, responsibilities for this position include:
Oversee and supervise production and technical aspects of all activities within the repair department.
Supervise production, quality, performance, safety, and turnaround time in repair department.
Communicate with customers and various levels of management to resolve repair issues.
Manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&L tracking/reporting.
Train and support Section Heads/Supervisors in all areas of the branch as well as department procedures and expectations.
Accountability for employee''s productivity.
Counsel department employees on performance deficiencies when necessary and document all counseling appropriately.
Input of ideas for continual improvement of processes.
Excellent leadership ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees.

Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Technical troubleshooting/repair background preferred.
5+ years of Supervisor of Management experience, preferably in a Repair operaion.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
Technical certification in Electronics preferred.
Good PC skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheet applications.
Knowledge of TL 9000 Quality Systems.
