Our Fleet Assist Division located at our Woodstock dealership is looking for someone who has a high energy level and enjoys working in a team environment and who understands the demanding needs of our customers. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ customer service and/or transportation experience. The candidate will possess advanced computer skills specifically in excel and database management. The candidate will have the demonstrated ability to adapt to daily changes in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure with good organization and planning expertise. This position will work on a dedicated afternoon shift with occasional weekend on-call responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries by phone or email
  • Schedule requested and/or required repairs
  • Schedule required preventive maintenance
  • Research on unit histories using available resources
  • Provide customers/vendors with product and service information
  • Process tickets, invoices, reviews and warranty claims
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures as outlined by Carrier Centers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
  • Exposure to transportation maintenance is considered an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must demonstrate high level of attention to detail & be process driven
  • Must be available to work Afternoons
